Sleep Solutions:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

As we enter a new year, it’s the perfect time to prioritize your well-being, starting with a good night’s sleep. Whether you have trouble falling or staying asleep, we’re excited to invite you to join our online CBT-I Sleep Therapy Group for adults led by Dr. Margarita Cossuto, a psychology fellow specializing in sleep issues. You will learn helpful ideas and techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to improve your sleep. Benefits of CBT-I include less time to fall asleep, more time spent asleep, and waking up less during sleep. You will learn about the underlying issues that cause and maintain insomnia by looking at your sleep behaviors and routines, lifestyle habits, and beliefs about sleep. Join us for this online group to learn how CBT-I addresses the underlying causes of insomnia rather than just relieving symptoms.

If you would like to get CBT for Insomnia as individual therapy, we offer that as well.
