We provide individual cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and acceptance strategies, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) for adults. In addition, we incorporate dialectical behavior therapy skills into our work with clients experiencing strong emotions, but do not offer comprehensive DBT in our practice.
Child and Adolescent Services
We provide individual cognitive behavioral therapy for children, as well as parenting consultation, and family therapy. Research has shown that parental involvement in CBT therapy improves child outcomes. The degree and frequency of parental involvement will be discussed during the intake session and will vary based on the age of the child, and the type and degree of psychological difficulty.
We provide individual and group supervision to clinicians (psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and allied mental health professionals) interested in learning cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, we provide consultation to businesses, organizations, and schools.
