Postdoctoral Psychology Fellowship

(summer 2017)

Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies of Westport (CBT Westport, LLC) is seeking highly motivated and well-trained Postdoctoral Candidates to apply for a position in our expanding group practice serving children, adolescents, and adults.  We are a group private psychology practice serving a sophisticated clientele in Fairfield County, CT.  Therapeutic modalities include, but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness/acceptance based behavioral therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy  (ACT).  CBT Westport  is a collegial and friendly working environment of five clinical psychologists, directed by Dr. Annalise Caron and Dr. Suzanne Allen.  

Postdoctoral Candidates must have a degree from an APA-accredited Ph.D./Psy.D. program in clinical psychology and an APA-approved internship in clinical psychology, as well as previous child/adolescent experience and training in CBT. Additional evidence-based therapy training with children and/or adults is a plus (e.g., DBT/ACT).  In addition to 2 hours of weekly individual supervision per week, the postdoctoral fellow will have weekly group supervision, weekly CBT case consultation, and additional monthly trainings in cognitive and behavioral therapies.
